Upon arrival, the guest is required to provide housekeeper their personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) and the amount to be paid on site. Our guests can only take the rooms after paying the full participation fee!

The full participation fee is based on the number of days booked in advance, in the event that it is decided to leave earlier, we will not be able to refund the money.

Reservations are possible for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Our guests will also receive a house and gate key on arrival so they can travel freely.

The accommodation can be occupied between 15.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know by phone! Failure to do so may result in our inability to receive. You must leave the property by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Use of bath tub:

We undertake the heating of the tub once. After that, our guest is responsible for heating. There is an additional charge for reheating.

No smoking in the house! This also applies to e-cigarettes and other devices that imitate smoking!

Smoking is only allowed in the yard. Please dispose of the butts in the ashtrays reserved for this purpose!

Due to the peculiarity of the settlement, there is a pumping solution for sewage disposal, therefore it is strictly FORBIDDEN to throw diapers, tampons, sanitary napkins or wet wipes into the toilet!

Animals are not allowed in the yard without permission!

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the rooms! The guest is responsible for his / her own behavior in and around the house, and the consequences of any accident will be borne by the guest.

Please pay attention to the order, protect the equipment of the house and do not take it out of the room (eg towels, pillows, blankets)!

When leaving the house, please turn off the water, turn off the lights, close the window, and close the door, gate!

It is forbidden to bring flammable and explosive substances with an unpleasant odor into the apartment house!

After grilling, stewing , please extinguish the embers!

For grilling and baking we only provide the wood, no charcoal, that everyone has to bring it themselves.

 Please clean the grill and its surroundings after use!

During the holiday period, notify the owner of the apartment house immediately of any damage to the apartment house and yard.

Damage caused in the accommodation area must be compensated by the causer or its legal representative.

Please place wet clothes and towels on a suitable clothes dryer and not on the railings or chairs of the guest house, etc.!

Guests are not allowed to eat in the rooms!

They use the kitchen, the terrace and the table to eat, which we ask you to keep clean! Everyone is obliged to wash the used dishes and cutlery.

In our guesthouse we collect waste selectively, so put plastic, aluminum and paper in the proper bin!

Please place the green waste in the appropriate bucket.

We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests with an aggressive tendency to drink.

In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be canceled. In this case, the guest will not be able to refund any remaining days.

By using the accommodation, it becomes clear that the guest has read, understood and accepted the policy.
